What we're not.

We're not financial engineers. We don't buy companies to strip them down, load them with debt, or flip them in 18 months. If that's what you're looking for, we're not your people.

Do you replace the management team?
Almost never. We partner with businesses because of the people running them. If an owner wants to stay, great. If they're ready to step back, we'll manage the transition thoughtfully. Either way, we're not showing up with a clipboard and a new org chart.
How long do you hold companies?
Our average ownership is 7+ years. We're building a portfolio of companies we want to own forever. No artificial timelines, no pressure to exit.
Will you change everything?
We invest in what's working and improve what isn't. We bring operational support, technology, shared services, and growth capital. But we keep the name on the door, the coaches in the gym, and the teachers in the classroom.
